Ingredients

1 1/2oz Birch Liqueur from Arbutus

3/4oz Mia Amata Amaro from Odd Society

3 Drops General Ambrose’s Aromatic Bitters from Apothecary

2oz Carrot Juice

Method

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker along with ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a glass of your choice and garnish with a dehydrated mandarin wheel.
