Ingredients

1oz Poire William from Okanagan Spirits

1 1/2oz White Vermouth from Esquimalt Wine

2oz Sparkling Pear Juice

Method

Pour all ingredients into a glass of your choice and gently stir to combine, garnish with a pear jelly or a slice of ripe pear.
