Elderflower Spritz
Ingredients
1oz Esquimalt Dry White Vermouth
3/4oz Pemberton Elderflower Liqueur
1/4oz Lime Juice
2oz Fentiman’s Elderflower Tonic
Method
Add all ingredients into a glass over ice and gently stir, garnish with a wheel of lime.
