Ingredients

1 ½ oz Blair Athol & MacDuff Whisky from Caledonian Distillery

3/4oz Créme De Lavande Liqueur from Arbutus

1 Egg White

1/2oz Lemon Juice

3 Drops General Ambrose’s Aromatic Bitters from Apothecary Bitters

2 Drops Pure Vanilla Extract 

Method

Add all ingredients to shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds, add ice and hard shake with ice 30-45 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with dried lavender.
