Sea Air Spritz

Ingredients

1oz Sheringham Seaside Gin

1 Tsp Angelwater Tea from Silk Road

2oz Dry Fuji Apple Soda

1/2oz Lemon Juice

2 Barspoons Honey

Method

Add the angelwater tea to the gin and leave to steep for 3-5 minutes or until the desired flavour is reached, strain the tea out of the gin. Build in glass on top of a large square ice cube, garnish with bee pollen and a lemon twist.
