Fairy Floss

Ingredients

2oz Jones Cream Soda

1/4 Teaspoon Citric Acid 

1 oz Wallflower Gin from Odd Society

1/2oz Creme De Cassis from Odd Society

2 oz Soda Water

5 Drops Bittermens Burlesque Bitters

Gold Luster Dust

Method

Pour everything other than the soda water and cream soda into a chilled glass and stir until all the citric acid is dissolved. Once the citric acid is dissolved pour over the soda and gently stir until combined being careful not to ruin the bubbles.

Garnish with a cloud of cotton candy and edible star sprinkles
