Ingredients

1oz Unruly Gin from Wayward Distillery

3/4oz Baba Yaga Absinthe from Arbutus Distillery

1/2oz Elderflower Liqueur from Odd Society

1/2oz Lemon Juice

Top with soda

Method

Place everything except the soda water in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake until thoroughly chilled. Double strain into a coupe glass and top with soda water.
