Heartbreaker’s Gin Fizz

Ingredients

1 1/2oz Sloe Gin from DeVine

3/4oz Sour Cherry Cordial from Frostbite

3/4oz Heavy Cream

1 Egg White

1oz Lemon Juice

4 Dashes Dandelion and Burdock Bitters from Rootside

Peach and Honey Soda Water from A-Ha

Method

Add everything to a shaker tin and dry shake for 20 seconds, add ice and shake for 2 minutes, no I’m not kidding, yes you’re allowed to hate me. Gently pour into a tall glass keeping the ice out, top with the soda water, and prepare to taste heaven.
