Rootbeer Float

Ingredients

1 1/2oz Calm Harbour Creamer from Pacific Rim Distilling

1 oz Half n Half

1 oz Unruly Gin from Wayward Distillery

6 Dashes Rootbeer Bitters from Rootside Tonics

Method

Add everything to a shaker tin and dry shake for 30 seconds, add ice and shake again for 30-45 seconds. Strain into your glass of choice and garnish with a maraschino cherry…or three!
