Rosy Bees Knees

Ingredients

1oz Wallflower Gin from Odd Society

1/2 oz Honey Simple Syrup (equal parts honey and water)

3 Drops Rose Water

4 Drops Rosehip Lemonade Bitters from Rootside

Top with Prosecco

Method

Add everything except the prosecco to a shaker with ice and stir until well chilled, strain into a coupe and top with prosecco. Garnish with fresh or dried rose petals and share with your love or drink alone on your kitchen floor, I don’t judge.
