Easter Creme Egg

Ingredients

3/4oz Family Reserve Gin from Okanagan Spirits

1/2 Barspoon Honey 

1/4oz Napoleon V.S.O.P Brandy

1/2oz Creme De Cacao

1oz Cream

2 Drops Malagasy Chocolate Bitters from Bittered Sling

1 Barspoon Lemon Juice

1 Egg White

Method

Add everything to a shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds, add ice and hard shake for 30-45 seconds until thick and foamy. Strain into a glass and garnish with a creme egg or coloured mini marshmallows.
