Ingredients
1oz Dutch Courage from DeVine (Barrel aged Genever)
3/4oz Domaine de Canton (Ginger Liqueur)
3/4oz Campari
1/2oz Mile Zero Niro Coffee
3 Drops Malagasy Chocolate Bitters from Bittered Sling
2 Drops General Ambrose’s Aromatic Bitters from Apothecary Bitters
Method
Build in a rocks glass and stir all the ingredients together, top with crushed ice and stir again to chill. Garnish with grated dark chocolate and fresh ginger.
