Ingredients

1oz Wiseacre Lavender Gin

3/4oz Pacific Blackberry Liqueur from Sheringham

Top with your favorite sparkling white wine, I used a 2017 Blanc de Noir from Free Form

Method

Pour the gin and blackberry liqueur into a champagne flute and gently top with your choice of sparkling wine.
