Charred Spiced Orange

Ingredients

1 1/2oz Bear Face Whisky

1oz Manitou from Legend

1/2oz Krupnik from Wayward

4 Drops Kola Bitters from Apothecary Bitters

Dribble of over proof alcohol, I used Elixir 151 from Wayward

Method

Coat a dehydrated orange wheel in fine ground cane sugar and soak in the overproof. Add the rest of the ingredients to a mixing glass with a few ice cubes and stir until well chilled and slightly diluted. Pour this mixture over a large icecube in a lowball glass, and skewer the orange wheel and light on fire with a long match. Don’t use a lighter or a candle, only use a match or something else that can be put out easily. Also remember FIRE BAD so keep a mug or shaker tin near by that fits over your glass to smother the flame, or a fire extinguisher. Please play with fire responsibly!
