Partridge in a Pear Tree
Ingredients
1oz Glen Saanich from DeVine
1/4oz Pear Syrup from Summer Land Sweets
1/4oz Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup
1/2oz Plum Brandy
2oz Sparkling Pear Juice
3 Drops Pear Bitters from Dillions
Method
Add everything except the pear bubbly to a shaker tin over ice and stir until well chilled, top with pear bubbly. Light a cinnamon stick on fire and place it under a cloche with the cocktail to smoke. Garnish with the burnt cinnamon stick.
