Ingredients

3/4oz Bear Face Whisky Peanut Butter Fat Washed

1oz Amarula Liqueur

1oz Chocolate Vodka from Bruinwood

5 Drops Coffee & Cardamom Bitters from Esquimalt Wines

1 1/2oz Half and Half

1/4oz Maple Syrup

Method

Add all your ingredients to a shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds, add ice and shake again for 30-45 seconds. Strain into your glass of choice and dust with cocoa powder and garnish with as many reece’s peanut butter cups you can fit!

Note: when fat washing your whisky I found out that value brand peanut butters emulsify into the whisky leaving you with a peanut butter whisky slurry rather than a fat washed whisky. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing as it adds more body and peanut flavour to the cocktail but it wasn’t exacty what I was looking for!
