Carrot Juice

Ingredients

8-12 Carrots

2 Lemons

6 Cups Water

6 Mandarins or 3 Oranges

Method

Note: You can add any other vegetables or fruits to this juice as well as other spices to tailor it to your specific need and taste.

Juice the mandarins and lemons into a high powered blender throw in the peeled and roughly chopped carrots, then just cover with water. Blend on high until completely smooth then pour into a sieve to strain out all the pulp. Add the rest of the water and mix together, store in a jug in the fridge.
