Breakfast of Champions

Ingredients

1 1/2oz Black Bear Spiced Rum from De Vine

3/4oz Shaft Liqueur from Moon Under Water

1 1/2oz Cold Brew Coffee

4 Drops Krupnik Bitters From Bittermens

1 egg white

Method

Place all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds until everything is emulsified and frothy. Add one large ice cube and a few smaller ones and hard shake for 30-45 seconds and strain into a tall thin glass, such as a Collins or champagne.

Garnish with mini pancakes drizzled with honey
