Spring Fizz

Ingredients

1oz DeVine Kiss Strawberry Eau De Vie

3/4oz Manitou from Legend Distilling

1/4oz Pemberton Elderflower Liqueur

3 Drops Ms. Betters Bitters Green Strawberry Mah Kwan

1 Egg White

1-2 Barspoons Oleo Saccharum (depending on sweetness preference)

1oz Soda Water

Method

Add everything to shaker except the soda water and dry shake for 30 seconds, add ice and hard shake for another 30-45 seconds. Once the mixture is frothy strain into the glass of your choice and before the foam settles to the top gently pour in the soda water.

Garnish with a dehydrated strawberry cut into the shape of a heart.
