Cafetzin
Ingredients
Foam:
2 Tablespoons Instant Coffee
2 Tablespoons White Sugar
1 Tablespoon Hot Water
1oz Shaft Liqueur From Moon Under Water
Cocktail:
1oz Amaretto 82 From Sons of Vancouver
2 Coffee Ice-cubes
2oz Milk or Milk Substitute
Method
Place all the ingredients for the foam in a stand mixer with the whisk attachment or use a hand mixer, you can do this by hand with a normal whisk you just need to be very buff and committed to your coffee foam. Whisk on high speed for about 5minutes or until you lift the whisk out and peak that holds its form appears.
Now throw the coffee ice cubes, milk, and amaretto into a rocks glass and give a quick stir, then gently spoon over some of your coffee foam.
Take a sip and immediately ascend into heaven
