Ingredients

2oz Calm Harbour Creamer by Pacific Rim Distilling

3/4oz Krupnik from Wayward Distillery

1oz Milk

1/2oz Orgeat (Almond rose water syrup)

1/4oz Lemon Juice

Method

Pull all ingredients in a shaker tin with a few ice cubes and shake really hard for 30-45seconds, this makes it incredibly smooth and frothy. You will definetly want to double strain this one because there will be little pieces of ice that will ruin the smooth texture. Best served with fresh baked stollen or garnished with candied orange peel.
