Vanilla Pear Spritz

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Dutch Courage Gin from DeVine

1oz Poire Williams from Okanagan Spirits

4oz Rock Sugar Pear Juice from Kangshifu or Any Pear Juice

3oz Vanilla Bean Soda from Dry

Method

Add all the ingredients to a glass over large ice cubes and stir until completely chilled. I served mine in a Capri-Sun style ziplock bag with a straw because we took them to the beach for lunch!
