Basil Fawlty
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Basil Infused Dutch Courage from DeVine
1 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth from Equimalt Wines
4 Drops Lemongrass Bitters from Born to Shake
1 oz Soda Water
Method
To infuse your gin measure out how much you need for your drink or drinks, pick some fresh basil and clap it between your hands to bruise it a little bit to release the oil. Add to your gin and let steep until the desired flavour is reached, I left mine for about 20-25 minutes.
For the drink, add all your ingredients to your glass of choice over a large ice cube and stir until well chilled and slightly diluted. Garnish with a fresh sprig of basil
