Ingredients

4oz Semi-Dry Cider from Salt Spring Cider

1oz Salal Gin from Odd Society

1/2oz Blackberry and Ginger Simple Syrup

Pinch of Gold Luster Dust

Method

Gently pour the cider into a champagne flute making sure to leave room at the top for the other ingredients. In a bowl with a spout mix everything else together until combined and carefully pour into a glass Christmas ornament and balance on the mouth of the flute to serve.
