Lilacs In The Alleyway

Named after one of my favorite Real Mckenzies’ songs this cocktail is part of my sustainably foraged line up of drinks I am in the process of releasing, so stay tuned for some more!

Ingredients

1oz Kazuki Gin from Sheringham

1/2oz Equimalt Dry Vermouth

1/2oz Lilac Simple Syrup

4 Drops Rosehip Bitters from Free Pour Jenny’s

1 1/2oz Soda Water

Method

Pour all ingredients into your glass of choice over a large ice cube and stir, garnish with a few fresh lilac flowers.
