Geriatric Smash

This cocktail was made for the 50th birthday party for the distiller at Wiseacre. I had the privilege of bartending his suprise party and naming the cocktails with his wife. I will be putting up another cocktail from the same event in the next few days!

Ingredient

1 1/2 oz Gin No. 19 from Wiseacre Distillery

2oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice

3/4 oz Grapefruit and Thyme Oleo Saccharum

3 oz Grapefruit Soda Water

Method

Muddle a wheel of grapefruit and sprig of thyme in the bottom of your glass and top with everything ending with the soda water. Garnish with another sprig of thyme and serve with ice.
