Easter Spritz

Ingredients

1oz Harvest Moon Gin from Legend Distilling

1/4oz Raspberry Liqueur from Pemberton Distilling

3 Drops Rosehip Bitters from Free Pour Jenny’s

4 Drops Tomato Vine Bitters from Mad Lab

Top with Ripe Raspberry Sparkling Juice from Okanagan Applessence

Method

Pour all ingredients into a glass and top with the sparkling raspberry juice and stir gently to combine. Drop a few frozen raspberries into the cocktail as a garnish.
