Ingredients

1oz Sheringham Dark Chocolate Vodka

1oz Caroline’s Irish Cream

1/4oz Galliano

5 Drops General Ambrose’s Aromatic Bitters from Apothecary

2 Marshmallows

Method

Add all ingredients except the marshmallows to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until the shaker is frosted. Pour into a heat proof glass of your choice, cut the marshmallows in half and lightly roast them with a blow torch.
