Orange and Earl Grey Sour
This one is a quick little memory, my absolute favorite type of tea is earl grey and every Christmas morning I would wake up early and make myself a giant mug of earl grey tea and eat the mandarin orange hidden in my stocking! This was always my pre breakfast snack while I waited for the croissants to heat up and we all opened our stockings.
Ingredients
1oz Orange Vodka from Moon Underwater Distilling
1/2oz Manitou from Legend
3/4oz Earl Grey Simple Syrup
4 Drops Aromatic-ish Bitters from Rootside
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and dry shake for 30seconds, then add ice and hard shake for another 30-4 seconds. Strain into a glass and garnish with a segment of candied orange.
