Sumac Sunrise

This cocktail is a part of my sustainable foraging lineup and uses my sumac lemonade recipe which can be found right here

Ingredients

1oz Espolon Reposado Tequila

1oz Legend Manitu Sumac & Orange Liqueur

2 Drops Orange Bitters from The Fee Brothers

3oz Sumac Lemonade

Method

Pour all the ingredients into a tall collins glass over crushed ice and stir together. Garnish with a dehydrated or fresh lemon wheel and a straw if you have one. Enjoy in the sunshine.
