Honey Foam
Ingredients
2 Cups Pure Creamed Honey
1 Cup Water
Method
Bring honey and water up to a bubbling simmer and when a foam starts to form gently scoop it off and place in a separate container. Careful its extremely hot! Keep doing this until you feel you have enough foam or the mixture starts to get too thick. Keep both the foam and syrup in the fridge and use in cocktails, coffee, tea, on pancakes, or on ice cream!
