Ingredients

1oz HoneyShine Amber from DeVine

1 1/2oz Quince Liqueur from Bruinwood

1oz Elderflower Liqueur from Odd Society

1 Barspoon Wild Flower Honey from Arlo’s

Method

Mix the honey and honeyshine amber together until the honey is completely incorporated, add the rest of the ingredients to the shaker along with a few pieces of ice, and stir until well chilled and slightly diluted. Strain into your glass of choice and garnish with a piece of honeycomb.
