Mị̀mī Pạỵh̄ā
Ingredients
1oz Honeyshine Silver Rum
1oz Malibu Coconut Rum
2oz Coconut La Croix
Knob of Lemongrass, 1 Kaffir Lime Leaf, 1/2 Inch Knob of Ginger
1/2oz Lime Juice
3 Drops of Siriacha or a Pinch of Chili Powder
Method
Bruise lemongrass and kaffir lime leaf put it in a shaker with ginger, honeyshine and coconut rum, muddle together and let sit to infuse. Double strain into a rocks glass on ice and top with coconut La Croix. Garnish with a kaffir lime leaf and a dried Thai chili.
