Put The lime in the Coconut?
Ingredients
2 1/2oz Lychee Nectar
1 1/2oz Coconut Cream
1oz Black Bear Spiced Rum
1/2oz Sons of Vancouver Coconut Rum
4 Drops Ms.Betters Bitter’s Pineapple and Star Anise Bitters
1/2oz Lime Juice
Zest of Half a Lime
Pinch of Sea Salt
Method
Place all ingredients into a shaker and shake until everything is well combined, add ice and shake again until the shaker is frosted. Pour into a glass of your choosing over crushed ice, garnish with a lime wheel, paper umbrella, and a reusable straw.
