Ingredients
2oz Coconut Pineapple Juice
1oz Anejo Rum
1oz Coconut Rum from Sons of Vancouver
1/4oz Malibu Coconut Rum
4 Drops Pinapple Star Anise Bitter from Mrs.Better’s Bitters
1 egg white
1/2oz Lime Juice
Method
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds, add ice and hard shake for 30-45 seconds. Double strain into your glass of choice and garnish with dehydrated pineapple and toasted coconut.
