Peach Pie

Ingredients

1 1/2oz Peach Shnapps from Sons of Vancouver

3/4oz Amaretto from Sons of Vancouver

1/4oz Lemon Juice

1/2oz Apricot Peach Cordial from Frostbite

Method

Add everything to a shaker with lots of ice and stir until very well chilled and slighly diluted. While your cocktail is chilling rim your glass with caramel and roll in brown sugar. Strain your cocktail into your glass and garnish with a slice of fresh peach.
