Fallen Angel

Ingredients

1 1/2oz Calm Harbour from Pacific Rim

1oz Manitou from Legend

1/4oz Cinder from Fernie

5 Drops Orange Bitters from Equimalt Wines

1/4oz Spiced Cranberry Cordial from Frostbite

1 1/2oz Half and Half

1 Egg White

Method

Add everything except the cranberry cordial to a shaker and shake for 30 seconds, add ice and shake for another 30-45 seconds. Strain into your glass of choice and gently pour the cranberry cordial over the back of a spoon so it settles on the bottom and leaves a ripple of red through the foam. You can gently swirl the red ripple to create a nice pattern!
