Smoked Peach

Ingredients

1 1/2oz Brown Butter Washed Bourbon

3/4oz Apricot Peach Cordial from Frostbite

1/4oz Apple Pie Moonshine from Salt Spring Shine

4 Drops Clingstone Peach Bitters from Bittered Sling

Cinnamon Stick

Method

Add all ingredients into a low ball glass over a large ice cube and give it a few stirs to combine, cover with a glass cloche while you light the cinnamon stick on fire (please be careful). Lift one side of the glass cloche and hold the now smoking cinnamon stick for a few seconds until smoke fills the cloche.
