Lemon Sherbet

Ingredients

10z BRBN from Okanagan Spirits

3/4oz Limoncello from Bespoke Spirits

1/2oz Tonka Bean Simple Syrup

1/4oz Lemon Oleo Saccharum

1/4oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1 Egg White

Method

Add everything to a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds until frothy, add in a few cubes of ice and hard shake for another 30-45 seconds. Strain into your glass of choice and garnish with a grilled wheel of lemon and enjoy.

Tonka beans can be a little difficult to find but I highly recommend trying them, they have such a heavenly flavour profile and it’s like nothing I have ever tasted. If you’re in Canada I highly recommend ordering from Silk Road Spice Merchants in Calgary.
