Ingredients

1oz Sheringham Akvavit

1/2 oz Equimalt Dry White Vermouth

1 Barspoon Sage Honey (or to taste)

6 Drops Tomato Vine Bitters From Madlab Distilling

3 Drops Green Strawberry Mah Kwan Bitters From Ms. Better’s Bitters

1 1/2oz Soda Water

Method

Add akvavit and sage honey to your glass and stir until the honey is dissolved, once the honey is dissolved add the rest of the ingredients and gently stir. Garnish with a sprig of fresh sage and enjoy in the garden.
